负压封闭引流结合自体皮片移植在糖尿病溃疡修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨负压封闭引流结合自体皮片移植治疗糖尿病溃疡的临床效果。方法将2009年4月～2011年1月间收治的糖尿病溃疡患者25例随机分成试验组13例和对照组12例。试验组患者创面经负压封闭引流处理后,行自体皮片移植修复;对照组常规换药后自体皮片移植。结果所有患者移植自体皮片一次成活,糖尿病溃疡愈合,痊愈出院。试验组换药次数、住院时间及抗生素使用均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用负压封闭引流结合自体皮片移植治疗糖尿病溃疡,能够减轻医疗工作量,明显缩短病程,成功率高,是修复糖尿病溃疡的理想方法之一。Objective To explore the clinical effects of vacuum sealing drainage combining with skin grafting for the heal ing of diabetic ulcer. Methods From April 2009 to January 201 I, 25 cases of diabetic ulcer were randomly divided into testing group and control group. 13 cases were repaired by skin grafting after vacuum sealing drainage in the testing group and 12 cases were repaired by skin grafting with routine dressing change in the control group. Results The grafting skin survived by first intention and all the cases of diabetic ulcer were healed. Dressing changes, hospital stay and antibiotics cost in testing group were fewer than those in control group and the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion With short hospital stay, saving medical labour and high survival rate, it is an ideal way to repair diabetic ulcer by vacuum sealing drainage combining with skin grafting.
