锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨锁定钢板治疗复杂性肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法收集我院收治的60例复杂性肱骨近端骨折患者的临床资料,按照患者手术治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组患者采用T型钢板内固定,观察组患者采用锁定钢板内固定,随访6个月,随访期间应用Cassbaum评分系统对两组患者肩关节功能进行评价,比较其并发症发生情况。结果随访6个月后,两组患者关节功能均有改善,观察组患者总优良率高,与对照组患者比较差异明显(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论钢板内固定治疗复杂性肱骨近端骨折具有对骨骼骨膜血运破坏小等优点,符合人体的生理要求,同时术后并发症少,有利于患者早期进行康复锻炼。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of locking plate for treatment of complex proximal humerus frac tures. Methods In our hospital, 60 cases complex proximal humeral fractures in patients with clinical data, in accordance with the surgical treatment of patients were divided into control group and observation group （n =30）,and control group patients with T-plate fixation, the observation group patients with the locking plate fixation were followed up for 6 months during follow-up application Cassbaum scoring system to evaluate the shoulder function with two groups of patients, com pared the occurrence of complications. Results Follow-up after six months, two groups of patients with joint function were improved in the observation group were excellent and good rate compared with the control group in patients with significant differences （P 〈 0.05）; observation the group patients with postoperative complications were lower than the control group, had more significant differences（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The complexity of humerus plate fixation of proximal fractures, with the advantages of the destruction of small bone periosteal blood supply, in line with the body＇s physiological requirements, fewer complications, patients with early rehabilitation exercises.
