左卡尼汀介入糖尿病肾病治疗对免疫炎症及糖脂代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨左卡尼汀对2型糖尿病肾病患者的疗效及对免疫炎症、血糖/血脂的影响。方法将60例2型糖尿病肾病的患者随机分为对照组和实验组,均给予最优治疗方案,实验组在此基础上采用左卡尼汀注射液2.0 g/d静脉滴注3周,治疗前后观察肾功能、炎症因子、血糖血脂的变化。结果实验组治疗后UAER、CRP、FPG、TC、TG改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左卡尼汀可改善糖尿病肾病肾功能、减轻免疫炎症状态、调节糖脂代谢、延缓病情发展、提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of Levocarnitine on patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy on immunity inflammation and glucolipid metabolism. Methods All of 60 type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group which were given the best treatment options, the latter was also offered Levocarnitine by injection 2.0 g/d for three weeks, the two groups were observed in renal function, inflammato ry factor, blood glucose, blood lipids before and after treatment. Results The improvement of UAER, FPG, TC, TG and CRP in the experimental group was better than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The Levocarnitine may improve the renal function of the diabetic nephropathy, lessen immunity inflammation and regulate glucolipid metabolism. It may slow the disease progression and improve the quality of patients＇ life.
