摘　　要：轴与轴承过盈配合后,轴承内圈产生的膨胀量会影响着轴承的工作游隙,进而会造成轴承的振动、噪音等工作性能。所以对轴承和轴的过盈配合问题进行分析很有必要,在给定过盈量后产生的膨胀量进行理论和有限元计算分析与验证,并分析膨胀量的规律,为设计提供参考。After the shaft and the beating interference fit, the bearing inner generating the expansion increment will affect bearing clearance, which will cause the bearing vibration, noise performance and so on. So it＇s extremely necessary to analysis the problem of the shaft and the bearing interference fit. When given the shrinkage, the expansion increment of theory and the finite element need to analysis and verify, the expansion rule is also need to analysis,it will provide the reference for the de- sign.
