摘　　要：所设计的夹具是用于普通车床上精车中心距为29±0.02mm的两个36++00..001046mm齿轮孔和端面、两个轴孔及底平面D的专用夹具,主要由夹具体、摆动盘、定位板、压板等零件组成。着重阐述了夹具的定位方案确定,定位误差与夹紧力的计算,夹具的总体设计和工作过程。实践证明,该夹具操作方便,生产效率高。This turning machine fixture designed for cutting the gear hole, end plane, two axle hole and base plane D that has special dimensions . in this paper, the structure of this fixture is introduced including fixture body, swing plate, positioning plate, clamp etc. The plan of positioning, the error of position and calculating of fastening motion for the fixture are expounded mainly in this paper. The practice proves that the opration of such fixture is simple and has high productivity.
