摘　　要：探索和推进公安社会管理创新,提高管理和服务水平,是当前公安机关确保国家安全、维护社会稳定、加快执法规范化建设,依法保障公民权利的具有战略性的重要任务。推动公安社会管理改革创新必须坚持几个基本原则,即坚持社会主义政治方向,坚持维护和促进社会的和谐稳定,坚持以提高管理服务效能为基本要求,坚持公安社会管理创新的法治化途径,使公安社会管理创新有坚定、明确的方向,能适应当前维护社会稳定的需要,能回应社会公众对公安社会管理和服务的要求和期待。To explore and promote the innovation of police＇s social governance and to upgrade administration and services are important strategic missions for police agencies to ensure the national security, maintain social stability, speed up the standardization of law enforcement and safeguard the citizens＇ legal right. To promote the innovation of police＇s social governance, we should stick to several basic principles： upholding socialist political direction, persistently maintaining and promoting social harmony and stability, sticking to the basic demand of improving services to society, sticking to the legal channel of innovation of police＇s social governance. Accordingly, the innovation of police＇s social governance is clearly and rightly oriented, able to meet the needs of maintaining the social stability and to respond to the public requirements and expectation of the innovation of police＇s social governance and services.
