摘　　要：开展主题教育实践活动是做好思想政治工作的一项重要措施,但由于活动的发起机关不同、部署时间不一,往往造成同一时间开展的活动比较集中,而且这些活动的目标和内容又交叉重叠,导致基层单位应接不暇、区分不清,影响了活动的实际效果。基层单位应根据各种活动的内在联系将其整合为一个总的活动,结合实际创造性地开展,并加强指导、检查和考核,增强活动的实效性。The theme education acts as a good medium to strengthen the political and ideological education. However, different initiators and different time arrangement lead to the concentration of such activities in a certain period so that targets and contents overlap.What＇s more, first-line units are too busy to attend all the lectures, which undermines the effectiveness. As such, it is necessary for first-line units to compact and carry out these activities in the creative way. Meanwhile, they should provide guidance, inspect and evaluate them so as to improve the effectiveness.
