转型期公安群众工作面临的困境及应对

摘　　要：转型期出现的新情况和新问题,使公安群众工作环境的复杂化程度进一步扩展,公安群众工作对象的价值观日趋多元化以及公安群众工作主体短时间内难以适应。要消除当前公安群众工作面临的诸多障碍,公安群众工作的机制创新势在必行,这就要求:一是正确认识警察权来源,树立公安群众工作理念;二是坚持培训与实践相结合,提升公安群众工作能力;三是发挥民警聪明才智,创新公安群众工作方法;四是寻求社会广泛支持,优化公安群众工作环境。Abstract：During the transition period, new situations and new problems have emerged, which makes the environment of the masses work more complex, the object values of mass work more diversified, and the main of the masses work more difficult to adapt to the subject. It is necessary that the police implement mechanism innovation of public security mass work to eliminate the many obstacles in public security mass work. This requires： the first is the police should understand the police power correctly and establish the concept of public security mass work; the second is the police should promote public security mass work ability through combining training and practice; the third is the police should innovate approaches to public security mass work; the fourth is the police should access community support to optimize the environment for public security mass work.
