摘　　要：通过对 3Cr2W 8V钢铝压铸模常规热处理工艺的研究分析 ,提出用NQN复合强化进行改进。从实际生产出发 ,运用化学热处理和常规热处理相结合的方法 ,提高了压铸模的使用寿命 ,并缩短了生产周期 ,降低了生产成本 ,具有广阔的应用前景。NQN composite strengthening has been advanced by means of careful study and analysis on conventional heat treatment process of pressure die-casting die of 3Cr2W8V steel for aluminum. Proceeding from production practice and combining chemical heat treatment with conventional heat treatment, the service life of pressure die-casting die has been prolonged, production period shorted and cost of production reduced. The technique has thus obtained vast application prospect.
