摘 要:以正硅酸乙酯为前驱物,采用溶胶-凝胶法原位制备纳米SiO2粒子,然后通过细乳液聚合制得纳米SiO2/氟改性聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和动态光散射(DLS)对产物进行了表征。研究了含氟单体和纳米SiO2用量对复合乳胶膜性能的影响。结果表明:随着氟含量的增加,乳胶膜的水接触角增加,吸水性降低;体系中加入纳米SiO2,可以降低聚合物乳胶膜的吸水率。An organic nano-SiO2/acrylate dispersion was firstly prepared via sol-gel method by tetraethylorthosilicate ( TEOS ) as precursor and KH-550 as modifier. The obtained dispersion was then used to prepare fluorinated polyacrylate composite latex by using monomers containing fluorine groups. The structure of the latex was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FTIR ) and dynamic light scattering ( DLS ). Furthermore, the effects of fluorine monomers amount and nano-SiO2 amount on the properties of composite latex films were investigated, respectively. The water contact angle and water resistance of the film increased with the increase of fluorine-containing monomers. Moreover, the incorporation of nano-SiO2 would lead to a further improvement of the water resistance of the film.
