摘　　要：结合水旋喷漆室原理,分析了漆雾凝聚剂的作用原理和现场使用方法,漆渣脱黏和絮凝等级评定,以及循环水水质的控制指标。提出了废漆雾处理设备的维护方法和异常故障的解决方法。By combination with the principle of water rotary spray booth, the action principle and use method in situ of the mist flocculant, the debonding of paint slag, the flocculating rating, and the water quality control index of circulating water system were analyzed. The maintenance method of waste mist treatment equipment and the solutions of abnormal faults were proposed.
