农村小额信贷的“使命漂移”与中国验证

摘　　要：中国农村的小额信贷机构逐渐从金融体系的边缘溶入主流,农村小额信贷的经营模式也不断改革以适应市场需求,农村小额信贷出现比较明显的"使命漂移"现象。基于农村小额信贷的理论模型,论证农村小额信贷兼顾社会绩效与业务绩效的困境,并通过广东茂名农村信用社的数据,验证中国农村是否存在小额信贷的"使命漂移"现象。Micro - finance in rural China gradually is integrated into the mainstream financial system. Rural microfinance business mode has been reforming continuously to meet the market demand and rural microfi-nance tends to have the phenomenon of ＂mission drift＂. On the basis of a theoretical model of rural microfi-nance, demonstrate dilemma of rural microfinance＇s social and business performance, and verify the exist- ence of ＂mission drift＂ phenomenon in micro - credit in rural China by using data of rural credit unions in Maoming.
