摘　　要：目的:探讨HAART联合康爱保生浓缩丸对HIV病毒载量被有效抑制的HIV/AIDS患者的NK细胞的干预作用。方法:对126名HIV病毒载量被有效抑制至检测限下的HIV/AIDS患者进行为期12个月的临床随机双盲试验,分别在0、3、6、9、12个月检测NK细胞数量。结果:在第12个月时HAART联合康爱保生浓缩丸组和HAART+安慰剂组的NK细胞绝对计数细胞的差异有显著性意义(P=0.032)。入组CD4+T细胞基线<200个/μL的HIV/AIDS患者在12个月的随访过程中HAART联合康爱保生浓缩丸组的NK细胞绝对计数增长趋势比HAART+安慰剂组的明显。结论:提高NK细胞数量可能是HAART联合中药治疗艾滋病的一个作用靶点。Objective: To study the intervention effect of HAART combined with Kangai Baosheng on NK cells of HIV/AIDS patients suppressed by HIV viral load.Methods: 126 HIV/AIDS patients whose viral loads were inhibited effectively under the detection limit were tested with random double-blind trial for 12 months,and the number of their NK cells were respectively detected in 0,3,6,9,and 12 months.Results: In the 12th month,the absolute count cells of the patients in the HAART-Kangai Baosheng group and in the HAART + placebo group showed significant differences(P=0.032).The patients who were in the group of CD4+ T cell baseline <200 / μL showed more apparent in the absolute count cells growth than that of the patients in the HAART + placebo group during the 12-month follow-up of HAART and Kangai Baosheng group.Conclusion: The number increase of NK cells may be a target for AIDS to use HAART with traditional Chinese herbal medicina.
