摘　　要：油气长输管线完全采用直缝埋弧焊管是管线工业发展的必然趋势。UOE是利用宽厚钢板制造大口径直缝焊管的一种工艺技术 ,UOE钢管是目前国际市场上质量最好、可靠性最高、口径范围最宽的管线用管。本文介绍了 UOE工艺技术原理 ,并通过对我国 2 1世纪初管线工业发展需要、冶金工业和重型机械制造业现状的分析 ,针对It is the general trend that oil and natural gas transmission pipelines will be constructed all with longitudinally SAW pipeUOE is a process of making longitudinally SAW line pipe with steel plate,the pipe is superior in quality and reliability,and has a wide range of diameter and wall thick.This paper presents UOE processBased on the requirements for longitudinally SAW pipe in the early 21st century,the status of line pipe manufacture in our country,the foundation of our metallurgical industry and heavy machine manufacturing industry,some R&D suggestions related to the construction of the first national process line of UOE longitudinally SAW pipe is put forward
