中药退黄外洗液稳定性的追踪分析

摘　　要：目的:观察中药退黄外洗液的稳定性。方法:取3个不同批号的中药退黄外洗液,置室温贮藏条件下,按长期留样观察法分别在0、3、6、9、12、18、24月监测,对产品的性状、相对密度、装量、含量测定、Ph值,微生物的变化等进行比较。结果:在24个月内,产品的性状为棕黄色液体、在薄层上可以清楚地检识出大黄和薄荷脑的斑点,在HPLC谱中可以清楚地检识出栀子苷的特征峰,且其含量保持稳定;其他各项指标均符合要求。结论:中药退黄外洗液在2年内质量稳定。Objective: To observe the stability of yellow-fading lotion of traditional Chinese herbal medicine.Methods: Three different batches of the yellow-fading lotion were chosen and placed at room temperature.According to long-stay sample observation method of monitoring in 0,3,6,9,12,18 and 24 months,the character,relative density,volume,content determination,Ph value and microbial changes of the lotion were compared.Results: Within 24 months,the character of the lotion was brown-yellow liquid.Rhubarb and menthol spots were clearly found in thin layers.The characteristic peaks of geniposide could be recognized clearly in HPLC spectrum,with stable contents.Other indicators are in line with the requirements.Conclusion: The yellow-fading lotion of the traditional Chinese herbal medicine keeps its stable quality within two years.
