傅青主“加减当归补血汤”治疗更年期崩漏30例

摘　　要：目的观察傅青主"加减当归补血汤"治疗更年期崩漏的疗效。方法选取更年期崩漏确诊病例30例,以傅青主"加减当归补血汤"为主方,每日1剂,分早晚两次温服,3剂为1个疗程。结果 30例中有效26例,无效4例,总有效率86.67%。结论傅青主"加减当归补血汤"治疗更年期崩漏有较好疗效,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广,但仍需作进一步研究。Objective To observe the effects of Fuqingzhu Danggui Buxue Decoction with addition and subtraction in the treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis in menopausal period.Methods 30 cases of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis in menopausal period were mainly treated by Fuqingzhu Danggui Buxue Decoction with addition and subtraction,1 decoction daily,by twice orally administration at morning and evening,three decoctions as a course.Results Among 30 cases,26 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective,with the total effective rate of 86.67%.Conclusion Fuqingzhu Danggui Buxue Decoction with addition and subtraction has good effects in the treatment of menopausal metrorrhagia and metrostaxis.
