甘桔冰梅片治疗慢性咽炎90例

摘　　要：目的观察甘桔冰梅片对慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法将2011年3月至2012年4月来院就诊的180例慢性咽炎患者随机分为2组,每组90例。治疗组应用甘桔冰梅片0.6 g/次、每日4次口服治疗,对照组用慢严舒柠颗粒1袋/次、每日3次冲服治疗,观察临床有效率以及不良反应情况。结果治疗组治疗后,痊愈31例(34.44%),好转49例(54.44%),无效10例(11.11%),总有效率为88.89%,高于对照组的74.44%(P<0.05),未见明显不良反应。结论甘桔冰梅片治疗慢性咽炎有较好的疗效与安全性,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of Ganjiebingmei Tablets on treating chronic pharyngitis.Methods 180 patients diagnosed as chronic pharyngitis in our hospital from March 2011 to April 2012 were randomly divided into 2 groups,90 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with oral Ganjiebingmei Tablets,0.6 g per time,4 times daily,and the control group was treated with Manyanshuning Granules,1 bag per time,3 times daily,infused with water.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment in the treatment group,31 cases（34.44%）were cured,49 cases（54.44%）were improved and 10 cases（11.11%）were ineffective.The total effective rate was 88.89%,which was higher than74.44%in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.No obvious adverse reactions were found.Conclusion Ganjiebingmei Tablets has remarkable effect and safety for treating chronic pharyngitis,and is worth being clinically promoted.
