摘　　要：大学生的全面发展和辅导员的专业化发展要求辅导员在专业素养、人格特质、实践经验等方面系统提升咨询辅导能力。当前,高校辅导员可以通过专业培训、个人自学、团体交流、实践训练、学术研究五种基本途径提升咨询辅导能力。To meet the demand of the students＇ all- round development and to develop their own professionalism, college advisors must systematically upgrade their counseling ability by improving their expertise, personality traits and increase their practical experience. Currently, there are five basic ways for advisors to enhance their counseling ability： professional training, self - study, group communication, training practice and academic research.
