摘  要:目的:了解医院目前的服务半径,为医院发展规划及工作重心的制定提供科学依据。方法:抽取2006年6月至2009年6月甘肃某三甲中医院所有住院患者的病历19 448份,由经培训的调查员摘录相关信息后建立数据库进行统计分析。结果:该院住院患者来自全国30省市自治区,其中来自兰州市的占71.38%,来自甘肃省内其他地区的占24.37%,来自甘肃省外的占3.91%。结论:加强特色学科建设的同时,应注重其他学科的全面发展,以提高医院的医疗服务质量及影响力。Objective: To offer scientific evidence for establishment of development plan and key work of hospi- tal through understanding service radius of TCM hospital. Method: All 19,448 pieces of medical records of all inpa- tients in a first-class TCM hospital from June, 2006 to June, 2009 were chosen to build data by trained researcher who made statistical analysis. Result: Inpatients were from thirty provinces, among them, 71.38% of them came from Lanzhou municipality, 24.37% from other regions of Gansu province, and 3.91% from other provinces. Conclusion: Strengthening characteristic subjects and highlighting full development of other subjects can improve quality and influ- ence of medical service in hospital.
