电针配合整体治疗仪联合西药治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电针配合整体治疗仪和西药治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将156例椎动脉型颈椎病分为治疗组84例,对照组72例。治疗组用电针+整体治疗仪+西药治疗;对照组单用西药治疗,治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.2%,对照组为77.8%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:电针配合整体治疗仪和西药治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效确切,值得推广和应用。Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of electro-acupuncture combined with integrated treatment in- strument and western medicine in the treatment for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Method： A total of 156 cases were assigned into 84 cases in treatment group and 72 cases in control group. Treatment group received elec- tro-acupuncture, integrated treatment instrument and western medicine; control group took western medicine only. Clinical effects were observed after two sessions. Result： Total effective rate of treatment group was 95.2%, higher than 77.8% of control group with statistical meaning （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Electro-acuptmcture combined with integrated treatment instrument and western medicine in treating cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type can obtain notable curative effects.
