摘  要:研究了钒、钛对稀土低铬耐磨铸铁的机械性能及耐磨性的影响。结果表明,钒、钛使稀土低铬耐磨铸铁硬度略有增加,冲击韧性提高70%,相对耐磨性提高105%,生产验证表明,含有钒、钛的稀土低铬多元合金耐磨铸铁抛丸叶片比普通耐磨铸铁抛丸叶片使用寿命提高1~2倍。Abstract In this paper, the effect of vanadium and titanium on the mechanical properties and wear resistance of low chromium-RE white cast irons was investigated. The results obtained show that vanadium and titanium tends to increase the hardness of metioned white cast irons, but the impact toughness and the wear resistance was raised by 70% and 105% respectively. The production verification indicated that the service life of the new abrator b-lade produced by low chromium-RE white cast iron containing vanadium and titanium is longer than that of old one by 1 to 2 times.
