劣质煤气化补偿燃烧技术在锻造加热中的应用

摘　　要：根据劣质煤的特点 ,在中等热值粉状煤直接气化的基础上 ,探索炉温补偿燃烧方法 ,以用于锻造加热。为了解决劣质煤煤气发热值低的问题 ,将传统的热脏煤气发生室、加热室、喷火口结构 ,以及供风系统、喷射燃烧、空气预热等装置做了一系列的改进 ,同时 ,对废油处理、废油补给量 ,做了定性、定量地界定。Furnace temperature compensation burning based on direct gasification of powder coal with medium heat energy for forge heating has been probed by improvement on devices such as traditional generating room of heat dirty gas, heating room, sprinkle fire vent structure, wind supply, jet combustion, air preheating and by analysis of handling and supply amount of waste oil qualitatively and quantitatively.
