摘 要:研究了时效时间对Fe 1 4Mn 5Si 8Cr 4Ni 0 2C记忆合金显微组织、形状记忆效应和电阻率的影响。结果表明 ,在 1 1 2 3K时效时 ,合金的形状回复率随时效时间的增加而升高 ,在 30 0min时达到最大值 ,比固溶态提高了 96% ;随后形状回复率随时效时间的进一步增加而缓慢下降。当时效时间小于 30min时 ,将降低合金的电阻率。当时效时间大于 30min后 ,合金的电阻率随时间的增加而升高 ,在 1 80min时达到最大。当时效时间大于 1 80min后 ,时间的进一步增加将降低合金的电阻率。电阻率的变化反映了第二相粒子析出的情况。能谱和波谱分析表明时效析出的第二相是富铬、富锰和富硅的 (Fe,Mn ,Si,Cr) 3C合金渗碳体 ,其数量随时效时间的增加而增加 ,且粒子长大。通过时效强化奥氏体基体 ,可显著提高合金的形状记忆效应。The effects of aging time on shape memory effect,resistivity and microstructure of Fe 14Mn 5Si 8Cr 4Ni 0 2C shape memory alloy have been studied The results show that the shape recovery ratio will increase with increasing aging time,when the aging temperature is at 1123K. A maximum value can be obtained at 300 minutes,which is 96% higher than that of the specimen as solution When the time is longer than 300 minutes,the shape recovery ratio will decrease gradually When the aging time is less than 30 minutes,the resistivity will decrease with increaseing in time;When the aging time is longer than 30 minutes,the resistivity will increase as time increasing, and reach the maximum at 180 minutes;When the time is longer than 180 minutes,the resistivity will decrease with the further increasing in time The change in resistivity reflects that in precipitation of second phase particles The energy spectrum and spectrum analysis show that the second phase particles by aging is cementite rich in chromium,manganese and silicon The amount of second phase particles will increase as the time increasing,and the size of second phase particles also grow up Shape memory effect in the tested alloy can be improved appreciably through strengthening austenite matrix by aging
