摘　　要：本文从分析当前人才培养模式存在的问题及智能代理技术入手,给出了基于Multi-Agent的个性化培养模型的框架和工作过程,并对系统的各个代理功能进行了描述;系统的基本思想是:运用智能代理技术,根据学习者的特征信息,再综合知识库及模型库给出学习者个性化培养方案,并在具体的培养过程中通过人机交互进行动态地调整培养方案。This paper analyses the problems of current talents training mode and intelligent Agent and provides the structure of personal training based on Multi-Agent and working process.It also describes the function of each agent in this system;The basic thought is providing student personal training plan based on Multi-Agent by which make use of intelligent agent,character information,knowledge base and model base.This system may modify training plan dynamaticlly through interactive in the concrete training process.
