摘　　要：本文在自组织竞争网络的基础上,结合迭代算法,提出了一种改进的神经网络算法,即迭代自组织神经网络算法。改进算法可有效提高模式分类的准确度,但会很大程度降低程序的运行速度。本文最后,将简要分析该改进算法在电力、环境工程等领域推广与应用的可能性。In the researoh, a new algorithm called the Algorithm of ISO Neural Network is developed based on adaptive neural network. The new algorithm makes use of the advantage of iteration, which can improve the accuracy of pattern classification, however, slow down its simulation speed. In the end, we analyzed the application of advanced algorithm in different fields, such as electrical power engineering and environmental engineering.
