摘　　要：目的探讨非离子型对比剂及护理干预对静脉肾盂造影患者不良反应的影响。方法选择2009年6月-2012年3月在本院作静脉肾盂造影检查的450例病员为研究对象，分二阶段进行，分别设常规组和对照组，并对各阶段2组患者的不良反应分别进行比较分析。结果对照组不良反应的发生率显著低于常规组，第一阶段为5．33％，第二阶段为0．67％。结论在静脉肾盂造影检查时，选择非离子型对比剂并对病员进行护理干预．可以降低不良反应，值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the affect of adverse reaction in intravenous pyelography performed with un-ionotropic contrast medium and synthetic nursing. Materials and Methods 450 patients performed intravenous pyelography were reviewed retrospectively from June of 2009 to March of in 2012. All cases were divided into the normal regulations group and control group respectively. The adverse reaction of all cases were compare and analyzed. Results The occurrence rate of adverse reaction in control group was obviously lower than the normal regulations group. The first stage is 5.33%, the second stage is 0.67%.Conclusion un-ionotropic contrast medium and synthetic nursing can decrease adverse reaction in intravenous pyelography and deserved the expansion application.
