摘　　要：目的探讨在儿科静脉留置针的舒适护理方法。方法将83例留置静脉留置针输液患儿随机分为观察组43例和对照组40例，观察组采用舒适护理模式．并评价其效果。结果采用舒适护理模式留置静脉留置针输液患儿家属对护理工作的满意度明显优于对照组。p〈0.05。结论舒适护理在留置静脉留置针输液患儿中的应用，提高了护理服务质量，体现出以人为本的整体护理理念增加了患者的满意度。Obiective The purpose is discussing the comfort nursing of vein detained needles in pediatrics. The method is divided the 83 children with infusion injecting into two groups. The first group is called observing group includes 43 children which is using the normal nursing model. And the second group called Control group includes 40 children which is using the vein detained needles. Then make a comparison between the efteets of the two ways. The final result is the group which makes a higher satisfaction. The Conclusion is that the using of vein detained needles can not only improve the nursing quality and Degree of satisfaction but also reflect the idea of people oriented in addition.
