摘　　要：对10例回肠代阴道成形术患者的术前、术后护理进行回顾性总结。10例患者均手术顺利，术后伤口愈合好，无一例并发症发生，对手术效果满意。出院后随诊，检查阴道深11—14cm，能容纳二指，再造阴道柔软、滑润、富有弹性，无臭味，符合生理需求。回肠代阴道成行术是一种理想的术式，在临床护理中，术前严格的肠道准备，术后生命体征的观察，饮食的护理和人工阴道的护理、模具的使用均是手术成功的关键。To summarize the preoperative and postoperative nursing of the 10 patients with ileum vaginoplasty . Result ：All of the 10 operation were smooth,postoperative wound were well healed,and without any complications,the effect was satisfied.Following up , the 10 rebuilded vagina were ll-14cm deep,could 2 fingers.All of them were soft, lubricant, elastic ,no smell, and conform to the physiologic need. Conclusion：The ileum vaginoplasty is a kind of ideal operation.In the clinical nursing ,the key to the success of the operation were the preoperative strict bowel preparation, the postoperative observation of vital signs,diet nursing and artificial vaginal ,the use of the vaginal mould.
