B超监测下取绝经期宫内节育器50例浅析

摘　　要：目的为绝经期妇女取出宫内节育器寻找更有效的方法。方法在B超监测下，配合使用0．5％利多卡因为从乡镇卫生院／计划生育服务站转诊来站的50例绝经期妇女顺利取出宫内节育器。结果在B超的监测下配合使用0．5％利多卡因、适当的医疗器械以及与服务对象的有效沟通，最后顺利、完整地取出了官内节育器。结论B超监测下为绝经期妇女取宫内节育器有效、简便，值得推广使用。Objective to menopausal women take out IUD to seek more effective methods. Methods the B-mode uhrasonography monitoring, with the use of 0.5% lidocaine as from township hospital health / family planning service station referral to stationSO menopausal women successfully take out iud. Results under B ultrasound monitoring in use with0.5% lidocaine, appropriate medical equipment as well as the service object of effective communication, finally smooth, complete removal of iud. Conclusion under B ultrasound monitoring for menopausal women with intrauterine device IUD effective, simple, is worth popularizing.
