摘  要:前言随着稀土在铸铁中应用课题的开展,有些人也将稀土试用到可锻铸铁中作为孕育剂。但对其使用效果报导不一,对某些方面作用的认识甚至是矛盾的。为此,作者查阅了有关文献,结合自己的试验结果,对稀土在可锻铸铁中应用问题进行一定的分析讨论。一。Based upon the experiments and relvant documents of domestic and abroad, this paper put forward the application of RE in malleable iron for discussion. Results showed that within the range of RE, as a inoculant, it may reduced the chill tendency in first, when the chill depth of base melt being high or with over and strong chill promotion element, the chill constructure arisesfine grain obviously in comparation to adding little RE, in second. So that, using RE as inoculator is not helpful to obtain chill-casting and high silicon plus Bi(or Te) is preferable to RE, in malicable iron, according to comprehensive economic effect.
