美国当代法学教学方法及其启示

摘　　要：在美国法学教学方法中，案例——对话式教学法、研究式写作教学法均具有独特优势。其中，案例——对话式教学法有利于培养学生的综合概括能力、逻辑思维能力及批判性思维能力；而研究式写作教学法除有助于批判性思维能力的培养外，还有助于写作能力的提高及促进对知识的学习。当前，应批判性地吸取美国法学教学方法中的合理内核，探索出一条适合我国的法学教学之路。In the Teaching Method of American legal education, both the Case Method and the Method Engaging Ideas have the speclal advantage. The Case Method is benificial to improve the ability of gneralising, logical thinking and critical thinking. The Engaging Ideas Method is benificial to improve the ability of critical thinking and writing. In absorbing the advantage of the Teaching Method of American legal education, we can find one way to improve the Teaching Method of our legal education.
