摘 要:通过分离发病组织的内生菌,提取DNA进行PCR扩增后进行测序和比对分析,12类样品中第8类未分离到任何菌,样品第5类和第11类为细菌病害,其余为真菌病害,其中第1类病原菌为黑附球菌,第2类和第3类病原菌为镰刀菌,第4类病原菌为拟茎点菌,第6类、第7类、第9类、第10类和第12类病原菌均为链格孢菌。Endophytes were isolated from 12 types of disease-infected tissues of seed lotus, and their total DNA were extracted as PCR templates. The PCR products were sequenced and analyzed for identification. The results showed that none endophyte was obtained fl'om the 8th type sample among the 12 type samples of seed lotus. The 5th and 1 lth type samples were infected by bacterial infection, and the rest were induced by fungal infection. The pathogen of the 1st type sample was identified as Epicoceum nigram, while pathogens of the 2nd and 3rd type samples were Fusarium orobanehes, the pathogen of the 4th type sample was Phomopsis mcrospor Koby&Chib, and the pathogens of the rest samples were ,Alternaria spp.
