摘  要:目的:探讨透析法制备低相对分子质量人参糖肽的工艺,并对其理化性质、纯度与相对分子质量分布进行研究。方法:以理化性质及收率为考察指标,单因素试验对透析制备低相对分子质量人参糖肽的工艺进行考察,采用HPLC及GPC软件测定纯度与分子量分布。结果:制备工艺确定为采用截流相对分子质量1 000 Da透析袋,加入6 L水透析4 h。制备的人参糖肽总糖肽质量分数92.49%,收率18.95%,确定为相对分子质量在300-3 500 Da的混合物。结论:采用透析法制备低相对分子质量人参糖肽操作简便易行,总糖肽含量较高,相对分子质量较低。Objective: To investigate preparation process of low molecular weight glycopeptide from Panax ginseng by dialysis method, and study on its physical and chemical properties, purity and molecular weight distribution. Method: With physical and chemical properties and yield as indexes, preparation technology of low molecular weight glycopeptide from P. ginseng by dialysis was investigated by single-factor test, purity and molecular weight distribution were determined by HPLC and GPC software. Result: Preparation process was: closure molecular weight of dialysis bag 1 000 Da, added 6 L water and dialysis time 4 h. The content of total glycopeptide from P. ginseng was 92.49% , yield was 18.95% , it was a mixture with molecular weight 300-3 500 Da. Conclusion: This preparation technology of dialysis was simple, the content of total glycopeptide was high, and molecular weight was low.
