摘 要:对作用于心肌细胞钙信号转导通路的中药研究进行了文献分析和整理。迄今,越来越多的中药被用于临床心血管心律失常疾病的预防和治疗,而运用钙离子通道与相关的蛋白受体相结合的方法研究抗心律失常药物的作用机制已成为热点。以钙通道、中药、膜片钳等为主题词检索了MEDLINE和CNKI数据库,选取了最新并具有代表性文献21篇,总结了中药对心肌细胞钙信号转导通路作用研究的新进展。从中药对心肌细胞钙通道和钙信号转导通路相关蛋白受体这两个方面进行了综述,同时提出当前研究中存在的问题,并对未来的发展进行展望,为今后的研究提供新的思路和实验依据。To analyze and review on the literature about the research of traditional Chinese medicine that acting on calcium signal transduction pathways of myocardial cell. So far, more and more traditional Chinese medicine used in the prevention and treatment of clinical cardiovascular arrhythmia disease, and the method which to combine calcium ion channels and related receptor to research the mechanism of anti-arrhythmic drugs has become a hot spot. 21 latest and representative references was searched and chosen from the MEDLINE and CNKI database using calcium channel, traditional Chinese medicine and patch clamp technique etc. as keywords, then summarizes the new progress on the research of traditional Chinese medicine that acting on calcium signal transduction pathways of myocardial cell. This paper reviews lately research status about effects of Chinese herbs on calcium channels and related protein receptors of calcium signal transduction pathways of myocardial cells, and states some problems existing in current research, and looks ahead the future study to provide new ideas and experimental basis.
