高新技术产品进出口对经济增长的贡献性分析

摘　　要：运用相关数据对中国高新技术产品对外贸易依存度进行了纵向和横向比较,指出东西部地区高新技术产品的出口依存度存在较大差异,西部地区远远落后于东部及全国水平;以陕西省为西部地区代表,运用格兰杰因果关系模型分别检验高新技术产品进口和出口与GDP之间的关系,结果显示两组变量之间均存在因果关系;运用统计学方法定量测算了高新技术产品进口和出口对GDP的贡献率,指出高新技术产品进口对GDP的拉动作用和贡献率都大于出口,进一步证明高新技术产品出口能力较弱,不能有效贡献于经济增长;最后提出了促进高新技术产品出口规模增长的政策建议。Vertical and horizontal comparison of relevant data on the dependence on foreign trade of the Chinese high tech products finds that there there are quite big difference in the export dependence of eastern and western high tech products,and the western region lags far behind the eastern and national level. With Shaanxi Province as the representative of the western region, Granger causality model is used to examine the relationship between the high-tech product import and export and GDP,and the results show a causal relationship between the two sets of variables; In contribution contribution use of statistical methods,quantitative estimation of to GDP ratio,it is pointed out that the pulling effect of rates are greater than exports, which further certifies that the the the high-tech productsimport and export high-tech product imports to GDP and high-tech exports is weak and unable to make effective contribution to economic growth;It concludes with policy recommendations to promote the growth of high-ttech products export.
