摘 要:为了进一步了解可降解镁合金在Hank溶液中的腐蚀行为,对Mg-RE-1.0Zr合金的铸态、固溶态和固溶+时效态三种状态,利用失重法在人体模拟Hank溶液中进行腐蚀试验,分析合金的腐蚀动力学特征及影响因素.通过SEM扫描,较为直观地观察腐蚀后的表面形貌.研究结果表明:Mg-RE-1.0Zr铸态、固溶态与固溶+时效态试样的平均动态腐蚀速率分别为0.884 8mg/(cm2.h),0.136 3mg/(cm2.h)和0.144 5mg/(cm2.h),平均静态腐蚀速率分别为0.584 1mg/(cm2.h),0.096 9mg/(cm2.h)和0.104 6mg/(cm2.h);腐蚀形态为晶间腐蚀和点蚀.In order to understand the corrosion of biodegradable magnesium alloy in the Hank solution, the corrosion experiments for mg-RE-1.0 Zr ,with three heat treatment states of as cast state, solid solution state and solid solution + aging state, are made using weight loss method in the Hank solution within simulated human body. The kinetic corrosion characteristics and the influence factors are analyzed. The corrosion surface morphology is observed directly by SEM. The results show: The average dynamic corrosion rates of mg-RE-1.0Zr with three states of as-cast state, solid solution state andsolid solution +aging state are 0. 8848 mg/(cm2 ·h),0. 1363 mg/(cm2 · h) and 0. 1445 mg/(cm2 · h) respectively ;Average static corrosion rates are 0. 5841 mg/(cm2· h),0. 0969 mg/(cm2 · h) and 0. 1046 mg/(cm2 · h) respectively; Corrosion forms are intergranular corrosion and pitting corrosion.
