排球后备人才基地教练员与运动员现状的调查

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,对全国25所排球后备人才基地排球教练员与运动员现状进行调查分析。结果表明:我国女排后备人才基地教练员群体梯队建设较薄弱、排球后备人才可供成年队挑选的适龄运动员数量偏少、青少年运动员比赛较少、"学训矛盾"仍然存在、后备人才基地经费来源有待进一步拓宽、后备人才基地现有硬件设施基本满足训练需要。By documents, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the author researches on reserved women volleyball player actuality. The study result shows that the group of coach in 25 Chinese junior volleyball player training bases has to enhance its structure, there is not enough advantage player for national team to pick out, there is no more game to junior women player to engage, construction between studying and training is still alive, the fund should be full for Chinese junior volleyball player training bases, and the training equipment is enough for training.
