关于对日软件外包开发中失败事例的分析及启示

摘　　要：当前我国承接国际软件外包的项目日益增多,这极大提高了我国软件开发的水平。但在承接国外软件开发项目特别是对日项目的过程中依然存在许多问题与难点。通过对承接日本软件外包开发中失败事例的分析可以看出,项目接包方只有聚集了足够的人才,建立了完备的沟通体制和管理体制,才能有效应对软件外包过程中不断变化的情况与层出不穷的问题,从而确保对日项目的顺利完成。Our country has undertaken more and more software outsourcing proiects nowadays, which has improved our software development capabilities greatly. However, there are still many problems and difficulties in ITO projects development, especially for Japanese clients. The analysis of several failure cases in ITO for Japan shows possessing enough talents and establishing standard com- munication and management systems are essential solutions to deal with changing situations and end- less problems, so that smooth accomplishment of ITO projects for Japan can be ensured.
