摘 要:白叶枯病是水稻生产的三大病害之一,目前水稻主栽品种的抗性较低,急需高抗品种。广西近年来新收集了大量的野生稻种质资源,为早日鉴定出新抗源提供育种利用,本试验对1 820份野生稻种质资源进行初筛鉴定,对部分3级以上的材料进行多菌系重复鉴定,获得一批1级抗性的新种质资源。Bacterial Blight( BB )is one of three major diseases that damage seriously rice production. At present, the major cultivated rice varieties are mostly low resistance to diseases so that obtainment of highly- resistance varieties is very urgent. For recent years, a large number of wild rice resources have been collected from Guangxi. In order to identifying new resistant resources for breeding as early as possible, 1820 accessions of wild rice resources were screened and part of wild rice whose resistance to BB reached class 3 or above was identified repeatedly using more physiologic races of BB. In the end, some new germ plasm resource whose resistance reached class 1 were obtained.
