摘　　要：目的研究心电图S-T波改变在2型糖尿病患者中的临床意义。方法选择2009年1月至2011年1月在郑州市中心医院住院的2型糖尿病患者(均根据1999年WTO糖尿病诊断标准,经临床确诊)238例,对照组200例。结果 2型糖尿病患者心电图S-T波改变明显高于对照组。结论心电图检查能及时发现糖尿病患者心脏损害。Objective To understand the S-T wave of the electrocardiogram changes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and its clinical significance. Method 2009 January - 2011 January method choice in Zhengzhou downtown hospital in type II diabetic patients （according to the 1999 WTO diagnostic criteria for diabetes mellitus, clinically diagnosed ） in 238 cases, 200 cases of the control group. Results Type 2 diabetes patients ECG S-T wave change was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusions ECG can be found in diabetic patients with cardiac damage.
