摘　　要：介绍和分析了丰田管理方式的理论体系,并探讨了造船企业实施丰田生产体系的方法,为造船企业提高生产管理水平提供了有益的借鉴。As the tion System（TPS） can efficient and excellent production management mode, Toyota Produc- also be used in the shipbuilding industry. This article introduces and analyses in car industry the theoretical system of the Toyota management, discusses the meth- od of shipbuilding enterprises implementing TPS, and provides the beneficial reference to shipbuilding enterprises to improve the production management level in the future.
