壮药冰糖草质量标准初步研究

摘　　要：目的:对冰糖草质量标准进行初步研究。方法:对冰糖草进行化学成分预试验和薄层色谱鉴别研究,并按2010年版《中华人民共和国药典》附录方法对冰糖草的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物进行测定。结果:初步明确了冰糖草化学成分类型和建立薄层色谱鉴别方法,并确定了冰糖草药材水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物的限量。结论:所建立的方法可为冰糖草药材质量标准的制定提供实验基础。Objective： To study quality standards for Scopaffa dulcis L. Methods： Preliminary tests and TLC identification for chemical constituents of Scoparla dulcis L. were performed. Determination of moisture, total ash, acid insoluble ash, and extractives in Seoparia dulcis L. was studied based on appendix of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, published in 2010. Results： Its Chemical constituents were determined and TLC identification was established. Meanwhile, limit of moisture, total ash, acid insoluble ash, and extractives in Scoparia dulcis L. were determined. Conclusion： The methods established provide the experimental foundation to work out the quality standards for Scopada dulcis L.
