经济技术开发区土地集约利用评价探讨——以福州元洪投资区为例

摘　　要：运用GIS技术对影响土地利用自然环境、经济社会发展和管理绩效等因素的分析,从土地利用现状、用地投入产出效益、管理绩效等3个方面构建了福州元洪投资区土地集约利用评价指标体系,采用了特尔斐法、层次分析法和模糊综合评判等方法,对其土地集约利用程度进行评价.结果表明:该投资区土地利用集约水平总体较高;在三个具体目标层中,管理绩效最高,土地利用状况次之,用地投入产出效益最低.The analysis of the natural environment, socio-economic conditions and management performance and other factors affecting land use by the GIS technology, from the land utilization, land use efficiency, management, performance three aspects, build the intensive use of land evaluation system, used the method on Delphi, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, evaluation of intensive land use degree Yuanhong investment Zone in Fuzhou. It is showed that：the overall level of higher intensive use of land;in three specific objectives, management performance is the highest status ,followed by land use ,the minimum land-effective.
