摘　　要：芪类物质(stilbenes),属于植保素(Phytoalexin),因其具有抑菌、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等多种生物活性,越来越受到人们的重视。而作为天然芪类化合物的代表的白藜芦醇也成为最近研究的热点。本文就芪类化合物的最新研究进展情况进行综述,以期为进一步研究该类成分提供科学依据。The stilbene substances, belonging to the phytoalexin, because of its antibacterial, antioxidant, antitumor, and other variety of biological activity, attracted more and more attentions. As a representative of the natural stilbene compounds, resveratrol became a recent research hot spot. In present study, the latest research progress of the stilbene compounds were reviewed in order to provide a scientific basis for the further study of such ingredients.
