摘　　要：靛玉红具有临床疗效可靠、毒副作用小、对骨髓无明显抑制作用等优点。由于靛玉红具有独特的研究价值和潜在的应用前景,越来越受到人们的重视。综述了靛玉红在提取方法、测定方法两方面的研究进展,并对其今后的发展动态进行了展望。Indirubin had mang advantages, such as reliable clinical effect, small side effect, no obvious inhibition on bone marrow and so on. More and more attention was paid to indirubin which had unique research value and potential applications. The extraction and determination method of indirubin were reviewed, and the future developments were briefly discussed.
