吉林省竞技体育人力资源现状分析

摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法对吉林省体育系统竞技体育人力资源中的运动员、教练员进行比较分析,结果表明:吉林省竞技体育后备人才结构不合理;一、二、三线队员数量均不足,且质量不高.教练员队伍中二、三线教练员数量不足;学历偏低;执教年限相对较短;科研水平不高;参加培训的次数少.对此提出了相应的对策与建议.By using the method of documentation, questionaire, statistics and others, this paper compares and analyses the number of coaches and athletes of competitive sports＂ hunman resources in the sports system in Jilin Province. The result shows that the structure of reseerved talents of competitive sports in Jilin Province is unreason- able. Comparing with the powerful provinces in sports and HeiLongjiang Province, there has an obvious difference on the number of athletes. The quality of the athletes exposes problem of lacking the number of the prospective top athletes. The number of coaches of second-tier and third-tier are not enough, especially the second-tier. The age and the structure of professional ranks and titles of coaches are reasonable, but their educational background are not high. The coaches has a short time of teaching and their level of scientific researches are low. They also take less time on training. This paper provides suggestions and counterplots to solve all the problems.
