酯交换法合成碳酸甲乙酯工艺研究

摘　　要：以MgO/SiO2复合催化剂用于碳酸二甲酯与碳酸二乙酯酯交换合成碳酸甲乙酯反应,对其合成工艺进行了初步研究。通过正交实验得出最佳合成工艺条件。在最佳条件下进行验证,产物的收率最高可以达到61.02%且重复性好。The dimethyl carbonate and diethyl carbonate as raw materials, MgO/SiO2 as composite catalyst, methyl ethyl carbonate was synthesized, and a preliminary stuty on technological conditions for synthesis was carried out. The optimum conditions were obtained through orthogonal experiment. Under optimal conditions of verification, product yield can reach 61.02% and had good repeatability.
