清胃黄连片中盐酸小檗碱、药根碱、巴马汀的含量测定

摘　　要：建立了同一波长HPLC法同时测定清胃黄连片中盐酸小檗碱、盐酸药根碱和盐酸巴马汀含量的方法。采用Agilent C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)反相色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-25 mmol.L-1庚烷磺酸钠和50 mmol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(含0.14%三乙胺、磷酸调pH 3.0)(30∶70),检测波长为348 nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0 mL.min-1。结果表明:盐酸小檗碱、盐酸药根碱和盐酸巴马汀的进样量线性范围分别为50.10～300.60μg,10.15～101.50μg和41.84～209.20μg。其平均加样回收率分别为99.76%,(RSD=1.11%)、99.89%(RSD为1.03%)和99.70%(RSD为1.19%)。3批样品中盐酸小檗碱、药根碱及巴马汀含量分别为407.20μg/片、138.51μg/片和274.32μg/片。该检测方法对同时测定清胃黄连片中3种有效成分含量比较可靠。The method for simultaneous determination of berberine hydrochloride, jatrorrhizine hydrochloride and pal- matine hydrochloride in Qing Wei Huang Lian tablet by RP - HPLC ws established. Condition of HPLC was the analytical column Agilent C lS （4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm）. The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and water （30 ： 70） including 25 mmol.L-1 sodium heptanesulfonate and 50 mmol.L-1 monopotassium phosphate （with 0.14% triethylamine and phosphoric acid pH 3.0） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL . min - 1 The wavelength of UV detector was 348 nm and column temperature was 30 ℃. The linear ranges of berberine hydrochloride,jatrorrhizine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride were 50.10 - 300.60 μg, 10.15 - 101.50 μg and 41.84 - 209.20μg. The average reeoveriey were 99.76% with RSD 1.11%, 99.89% with RSD 1.03% and 99.70% with RSD 1.19%. The contents of berberine hydrochloride, jatrorrhizine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride in three batches were per tablet 407.20 μg, 138. 751 μg and 274.32 μg, respectively. This method was sensitive and accurate, which can be applied to determination of berberine hydrochloride, jatrorrhizine hydroehloride and palmatine hydrochloride in Qing Wei Huang Lian tablet.
