摘　　要：上海市土地整治通过建设设施良田和设施菜田、村庄改造、建立涉地信息综合监管服务平台等,实现了合理配置和利用农用地资源、大幅提高土地资源利用效率、多渠道增加农民收入等社会综合实效,在助推工业化、城市化、农业现代化三化同步健康发展方面发挥了很重要的作用,形成了具有大都市特色的农村土地整治模式。对上海市土地整治取得的成绩进行了归纳总结,针对基本农田高标准建设、差别化农村土地整治、占补平衡制度落实、农村特殊用地管理、绿色基础设施建设等方面的问题,提出了相应的对策与建议。The process of land renovation in Shanghai involves numerous disparate plans and projects, including the building of construction facilities, consideration of fertile land, village reform and the resolution of arable agricultural issues, the establishment of comprehensive supervision service platforms for distribution of land information, rational allocation and utilization of agricultural land resources, programs to increase land-resource utilization efficiency, and plans to increase rural incomes. These projects, along with other social planning, which aim to synchronously boost industrialization, urbanization, and agricultural modernization, have played an important role during the formation of a metropolis that significantly features rural land renovation. Introduce and summarize the achievements of land renovation in Shanghai, outlining aims for high standards of construction during basic farmland development and differentiation of rural land renovations, the balance between land occupation and the implementation of compensation systems, special rural land management, construction of green infrastructure, and issues that affect land renovations, with the final summary of possible countermeasures to resolve problems during this process.
