摘　　要：西门子变频器在大型化肥装置气化炉渣油进料泵的变频节能改造,节能效果显著,取得了良好的经济效益,机泵故障率大幅降低,从而实现了电动机、泵类设备的经济运行,提高了化肥装置生产过程的安全性和可靠性。实践证明,应用变频调速技术是石油化工等高能耗行业挖潜改造、节能降耗的有效途径。The good economic benefit has been achieved and the failure rate of machines and pumps can be reduced greatly by using Siemens inverters in the large fertilizer gasifier residual oil pump.The economic operation of electric motors and pumps can be achieved,and the safety and the reliability of chemical fertilizer plant can be improved through the technology.In practical,the frequency conversion and speed adjusting technology is the key way for energy-saving and consumption-reducing of high energy-consumption industry such as petrochemical industry.
